The Flavor Collage is a digital smoothie recipe book by Uma Joelle with 50 smoothie and smoothie bowl recipes, sorted into seven color chapters from berry pink to cream. Every recipe makes two servings and comes with a little flavor guide, so you know whether it's sweet, tart, creamy or green before you open the freezer. Each one has its own cut-paper collage with a real smoothie at the center, and a freezer-pack note, so a busy morning only takes a blender.
You'll find everyday blends like strawberry banana and peanut butter banana next to matcha, açaí and pitaya bowls, ube, and a butterfly pea lemonade that turns from blue to lilac when the lemon goes in.

Questions
Is this a printed book?
No. It's a digital download, so nothing ships. You'll get four PDFs right after checkout.
Does it work in Goodnotes?
Yes. Open the iPad PDF in Goodnotes, Notability or any PDF app, and the tabs and links work with a tap.
Can I read it on my phone?
Yes. The phone edition is one column with bigger type, so there's no pinching and zooming at the counter.
Can I make these dairy-free?
Yes. Every recipe has a dairy-free swap.
Are the recipes good for kids?
Every recipe has a kid-friendly swap. Honey isn't safe for babies under one, and the book points that out wherever honey shows up.
What about nuts and other allergens?
Blended nuts are an optional add-in, and every recipe lists its allergens so you can check before you blend.
