This is a really easy and quick way to get some protein in, in the morning and they're really easy to make. This recipe can be used with or without matcha but I love adding it for the health benefits. Cottage cheese is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with protein, calcium, and B vitamins. Matcha powder, made from finely ground green tea leaves, is rich in antioxidants and provides a gentle energy boost. When combined, these ingredients create a delicious fluffy high protein pancake.
