Who doesn't love pancakes!! These are fluffy soft and so good! Bonus they help you stay

fuller longer thanks to the protein from the cottage cheese! This recipe can be used with

or without matcha but I love adding it for the health benefits. Cottage cheese is a

nutritional powerhouse, packed with protein, calcium, and B vitamins. Matcha powder,

made from finely ground green tea leaves, is rich in antioxidants and provides a gentle

energy boost. When combined, these ingredients create a delicious fluffy high protein

pancake. On top of that, using sprouted oats as the flour base, ups the fiber and makes
