30 Herbal Teas And Their Health Benefits

Herbal teas have been around forever, bringing all sorts of health perks. We all know they are good for us, but have you really looked at the power behind the botanicals. Calming tummies, giving immune systems a boost, adaptogen gifting and so much more.  Here are a list of 30 different herbal teas and their incredible benefits, (just look at the studies) that might just make you want to incorporate a cup into your nightly routine. 

 

When Choosing which tea to buy, carefully consider what teabags the tea is in. Nowadays tea comes in plastic and paper bags that have been poorly regulated and are often laden with chemicals pesticides and sometimes even lead.  Loose leaf tea is the way to go if possible.  My favorite is Mountain Rose Herbs: Loose Leaf teas. If I do buy tea in a tea bag, I always go with Traditional Medicinal or Yogi.
