Something For Your Summer Morning Routine: Tropical Fruit And Nut Smoothie

This Smoothie is so GOOD! Did I mention its balanced ingredients will keep you satisfied too. It has healthy fats- greek yogurt, pecans and coconut. Protein- collagen peptides and greek yogurt and antioxidants from the delicious fruit. You have to try it, whether you have it with breakfast, or for an afternoon snack- you will be happy you did.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Wyman's Tropical Berry & Coconut mix
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup full fat plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Scoops Collagen Powder (4 Tbsps)
- Small handful of raw pecans (about 3 Tbsps)
- Drizzle of honey (about 2 tsp)
- 1/2 cup water
Instructions:
1. In a blender, combine the Wyman's Tropical Berry & Coconut mix, banana, Greek yogurt, collagen powder, pecans, honey, and water.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if needed to reach your desired consistency. Make sure to give enough time in the blender since the coconut is more fibrous and needs some time to fully pulverize.
3. Pour into a glass and enjoy the tropical flavors and nourishing ingredients!
